These terms govern your use of arghorithm.com and its browser-playable games (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Argho Das. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
The Site is a personal portfolio provided for demonstration and entertainment purposes. You may use the Site and play its games for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or abuse the Site's backend services (leaderboards, accounts, or related APIs) — including submitting falsified scores or automated/bot traffic.
Games may generate an anonymous device-based identifier and a randomly assigned display name to track your scores on a leaderboard, without requiring registration. You are responsible for any activity associated with your device identifier. Display names and scores may be visible to other players. We reserve the right to remove or reset scores that appear fraudulent or abusive.
The Site displays ads served by Google AdSense to support its operation. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ad-related data is handled and how to manage ad personalization.
Some games may in the future offer optional purchases. Where offered, purchases are final except as required by applicable law or the payment processor's own refund policy, which will be disclosed at the time that feature goes live.
All code, art, and content on the Site are the property of Argho Das unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. Third-party assets and libraries used in the games retain their respective licenses.
The Site and its games are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. As a portfolio project, features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Argho Das is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These terms may be updated as the Site evolves (for example, when in-app purchases are introduced). Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
